ANIMAL RIGHTS
Why?
The cases of violence on animals, besides violating moral principles, are too
often for profit.
Proposals
a) The creation of an appropriate legislation against crimes, abandonment and
animal cruelty, in line with the proposed Italian bill, currently being considered
in the Senate.
PENALTIES REGARDING:
-- crimes
- abandonment
- organization of animal fights
- the ownership of animals that participate in fights
- betting on animals
- cruelty and torture
b)The institution of organization for the protection of animals, like the Italian ENPA that promotes campaigns in collaboration with mass media and the motorway society against the abandonment of animals of all kinds.
