Why?
These organizations can be created in various fields and since they are not
subsidized by the government there is not limit to their number.
Proposals
Favour the development of Not Governative Organization(ONG) on a European level
aimed at affirming, supporting and spreading the values and the culture of international
solidarity, the defence and the promotion of fundamental rights of the individual
and the people, on the example of the Italian ONG association no profit
