Why?
To contribute to make the institutions aware of the value of communication and
the efficacy of non commercial advertising

Proposals
Promotion of actions aimed at the social duty of every European citizen. In
Italy this is done via Progress Publicity in order to favour a correct social
communication and to create an awareness of the moral, civil and educational
problems with the help of professional adversiting.
For example in 2003 the Italian government promoted various campaigns for the
saving of energy , of water, for the sea rescue, or against drug and alcool,etc.
