The rights we have been trying to define are just the rights of the human being in his cultural and social life.
First of all labour, which was born together with man and whose history is just man’s history.

These are the articles we propose as an insurance of this right

 The right to work

1. Every citizen of the union has the right to look for work and also to practise it in other countries of the EU.
2. Every citizen of the EU who has recently lost his/her job is financially supported. This is the same for the people who are unable to work. Benefits are only given to those who cannot work or those who are seeking employment.
3. The system for the distribution of benefits is equal and of the same quantity throughout the member states. Action will be taken against those who abuse the system.
4. The economic power of the countries of the EU is balanced.
5. Every citizen of the EU who works receives the same salary for the same type of work. In addition, there is to be no discrimination between colour, race, gender, religion or ethnic origin.
6. Slavery and forced labour are prohibited. Measures are taken to protect individuals at work. The employment of children is prohibited. The minimum age of admission to employment is not to be lower than the minimum school-leaving age
7. Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and to freedom of association at all levels, in particular in political, trade union and civic matters, which implies the right of everyone to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his or her interests.
8. Workers, employers and organizations according to Community law and national laws and practices, have the right to negotiate and conclude collective agreements at the appropriate levels and if conflicts of interest arise they can take collective action, such as strike action, to defend their interests

9. In each country of the EU setting-up one’s own business is permitted and financially supported.
